Is this where Fraser uses his wealth to buy Freddy's way into a good college? We'll find out. I'm your host, Curtis Schack. Joining me as always, our resident upside downer, it's Ryan. Curtis, I'm a man, we don't have a plan, and we don't have a gal, but we do have Brad, so I guess I'm excited to be here. Speaking of Brad, he is our desperate housewife, Bradley Kirkston. I am a man. I would also like to point out that the title of this episode is clearly something I would name an episode. It's annoyingly you. Like, it genuinely annoyed me when I read the title. That's the most Brad thing I've ever heard. How is this an episode of television that someone agreed to produce? Correct. Writers, step your game up. I know you haven't been working for like 20 years, probably because of this title, but step it up. And writers, if you need someone to help you name TV shows, I'm your guy. You will love, if you like naming this episode, you'll love more of his work. I promise.

Don't worry, buddy, it won't be long. And joining us as a special guest, it's our friend, Vitaly Steert. Yo, yo. Classic intro. Vitaly.

Tonight, we are covering Season 11, Episode 5, The Placeholder, which originally aired on October 14, 2003. Is this when Frasier becomes a freakish feline fella? We'll find out. I'm your host, Curtis Schack. Joining me as always, it's our resident upside downer, it's Ryan Sandstone. Hey Curtis, thanks for holding my place. Happy to be here as always. Also with us today is our thieving maid, Bradley Kirkston. What up, what up, what up? I'd be a terrible maid, but I appreciate the comments. Oh my god. Why do you think you'd be a terrible maid? Well, because I'm not organized, I'm not clean, I'm not nice. Never truer words have been spoken. Do maids have to be organized? I don't know if that's true. I mean, is it part of their job organizing a room? Yeah, but they don't have to be organized, they just have to organize. Like, that's a verb. I don't think a maid is necessarily organizing a room. She's just like cleaning, she's just maintaining and cleaning the existing room. Well, you can catch up on our new podcast, Brad Curtis and Ryan talk about maids. Who said I'd go to Fitzwell. It's your worst name ever. I love that the name of your, the catchy name of your podcast starts with just the name of three non-famous people. Yeah, you must be mad every single time a new episode drops. You're like, why haven't they changed the name yet? I know, right? My name's Bradley. Oh my god, not what I meant. Well, I'm not at the top of this one. We should talk about something I found interesting from this episode. So Roz tells Frazier to treat Anne as a placeholder and to keep his dating skills sharp. I'm thinking that placeholders can happen in any area of your life. It can be a

Tonight, we are covering Season 11, Episode 7, Maris Returns, which originally aired on November 4th, 2003. Whether our journey together lasts for years or just one day, I can't tell you how excited I am to take this first step with you. I'm your host, Curtis Schack. Joining me as always, it's our resident upside downer, it's Ryan Sansone. Curtis, I've also returned, so we'll see how Brad does tonight. And speaking of Brad, also with us today, our three o'clock, Brad the Kirkston. I would like to know why your intro is becoming more and more like a 1980s space travel theme. What does that mean? What do you mean? It was like, we are going into space. I was just here. Just the way he talks. Yeah. It's just getting more like an 80s space TV show. How would you enjoy this show if it's from the 80s and it was a space-themed show? Hey, everyone. Welcome to our space-themed show. Oh, no. What? I'll forget to get back to you next week. Great idea. That is the last reference to 80s space shows we're going to do. Before we get into the episode, Fraser gets himself punched in this one. Oh, I was so, so excited for that. Yeah. I mean, you knew it was coming, so you really got to look forward to it. Yeah, but the problem was it was a letdown, I think. It was too quick, wasn't it? It was too quick, but also it wasn't really something he deserved. Which is crazy because, you know, the rest of the series. The very interesting thing about this episode is we learned so much stuff about what happened in this episode in the previous episode we did. So it makes this episode very interesting to watch. Yeah. So what did you want to talk about, Curt? To your point, Ryan, about how he didn't really deserve this specific punch. It wasn't even meant for him.

I'm your host, Curtis Schack. Joining me as always, it's our resident upside downer, Target Shrine, St. Zone. Curtis, I'm thrilled to fire off a couple of hot takes tonight. I have a feeling yours aren't going to be the hottest. Also with us today is our ex-wife, Bradley Kirkston. Yeah, I would like to apologize to the public because apparently last episode, I was not loud enough. So I promise you today I will be extra loud, extra energetic, and extra energized. Smile, look pretty, America. Why does it sound like you just got sent to the corner and now you're apologizing to the class? Nobody puts Bradley in a corner. I mean, I know, I know you're upset that I was criticizing your audio, but I feel like this is the clearest audio you've ever had. Yeah, could you keep this the whole time? It wasn't your microphone. It was just your voice. I'm not even using a microphone. This is my MacBook. I was about to cuss with a little cuss in this podcast. This is just my MacBook. We do cuss. And it's a great show, and I love Frasier. Yeah, yeah. Keep this energy the whole time.

Whoever it is, I'm sure he's very good looking, very single, and very ready to mingle. Well, he speaks in the third person, so we don't like him. He just knows how to be suave and stylish. Does he? He sometimes needs to be reminded just to stop talking, but yes. Identity clarification: Curtis introduces the mystery guest. The record confirms that guest is Brad, despite no explicit name in this passage; subsequent banter mocks Brad speaking in the third person.
