Ryan has notes for Brad and Curtis

Asked to give the opening speech, Ryan urges Brad and Curtis to try being anyone else and to do everything differently. Ethan gets no notes and is told to keep doing what he is doing. The speech is a performed comic critique, not a scored contest. Curtis requests the speech.
