A sitcom pep talk and imaginary phrase medals

The episode opens with a sitcom-themed pep talk ending with strong, sexy and sophisticated. Brad performs the pep talk. Brad’s Door Jam nickname joke prompts Ryan’s explicitly credited observation that door jambs have utility. The ensuing gold-and-bronze medal banter imagines awards for phrases; it does not award a real medal or count as a game result.
